President Commissioner (Independent Commissioner) since 1996
Cosmas Batubara was the Minister of Manpower from 1988 to 1993. During his tenure as the Minister, he played an active role in the International Labor Organization (ILO) and was once elected as the President of ILO in 1991. He had also served as the Minister of Public Housing for two terms from 1978 to 1988, and as member of the Indonesian Parliament since 1967. Cosmas obtained his PhD from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Indonesia.
Lennard Ho Kian Guan

Appointed as the Vice President Commissioner on June 22, 2011, Lennard Ho previously was the President Director and Chief Executive officer (2007-2011). He established Truss Capital & Partners Pte Ltd Singapore in 2011. Lennard has for more than 16 years built a career in investment banking, taking positions at various banking corporations such as HSBC, UBS, Morgan Grenfell and Chemical Bank. Lennard obtained his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada in 1984, and his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada in 1982.
Thio Gwan Po Micky

Micky has assumed the Independent Commissioner position in Intiland since March 29, 2010. He has also been the President Director of PT Nexus Utama since 1996 and the Commissioner of PT Bayu Buana Tbk. He is also the Commissioner of PT Satria Saka Pratama and PT Satria Saka Perkasa since 1996. Micky obtained his master’s degree from the California State University.
Ping Handayani Hanli

Holding the post of the Commissioner since June 29, 2007, Ping Handayani formerly was the Head of Finance in Intiland from 1985 to 2007. She had been an auditor at Hanadi Sudjendro Public Accountants long before joining Intiland. Ping earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Trisakti University in 1982

Prior to taking the role of Commissioner, Jahja Asikin was involved in the Company’s operational side as the Director from 1989 to 2006. He previously had also worked as an auditor at Hanadi Sudjendro Public Accountants and Bank Central Asia. Jahja obtained his MBA degree from IBMJ Jakarta in 1994 and his bachelor’s degree from the School of Economics, University of Indonesia in 1977.

Walman Siahaan was appointed as the Commissioner on June 22, 2011. Prior to serving the current role, Walman was the vice President Director since 1998 and previously the Company’s Director since 1989. During the course of 2004 to 2009, Walman served as the Indonesian House of Representatives as the vice Chairman of Commission XI, whose duty was to manage the economic and financial sectors. He had also worked at the Bureau of Population and Community in DKI Jakarta from 1972 to 1975. He earned his MM degree from IMMI Jakarta in 2003, an MBA degree from IBMJ Jakarta in 2002, a bachelor’s degree in law from the Parahyangan University, Bandung in 1974 and a bachelor’s degree in economy from Universitas Terbuka.
