Hendro Santoso Gondokusumo
President Director and Chief Executive Officer since 2011
Hendro S. Gondokusumo is the founder of Intiland and the Company’s President Director and Chief Executive Officer since June 22, 2011. Previously, he held the post of Intiland’s Vice President Commissioner (2007-2011) and President Director (1983-2007), during which he was instumental in leading Intiland to become a successful developer listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Currently, he is also the Vice Executive Chairman and Treasury of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry – China Committee (KADIN-KIKT) and Chairman of Office Commission in KADIN, and Commissioner of PT Pembangunan Kota Tua Jakarta and Member of Board of Trustee of Kelompok Pelestarian Budaya Kota Tua Jakarta. Hendro is also the Chairman of The Indonesia Golf Course Owner Association.
In the past, he was the Chairman of the Jakarta Property Club (2007-2010), and was actively involved in several real estate organizations such as the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), the International Real Estate Institute (IREI), and the Indonesian Real Estate Association (REI) as Advisory Board member. In 2008, he garnered a Lifetime Achievement award from the Ministry of Public Housing, Property & Bank Magazine, Property and Financial Journalist Association.
Vice President Director and Chief Operating Officer since 2007
Appointed as member of the Board of Directors in 1999 and as the Vice President Director in 2007, Suhendro Prabowo commenced his career at Intiland in the same year after graduating from the Civil Engineering of Surabaya Institute of Technology in 1979. Being the Chief Operating Officer for projects in and around Jakarta, he is responsible for the overall execution of the strategies and directions set by the CEO and the Board of Directors. Suhendro is also a key decision maker for all day-to-day operational matters of the business units under his supervision.
Vice President Director and Chief Operating Officer since 2003
Having made a career in the property industry since 1981, Sinarto was appointed as member of the Board of Directors in 1996 and as the vice President Director in 2003. He had engaged himself in many important decisions during times of crisis. Being the Chief Operating Officer for projects in and around Surabaya, he oversees the whole daily operation in the area, based on the directions and strategies given by the CEO and the Board of Directors. Sinarto obtained his MBA degree from IPMI Jakarta in 1988 and his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Parahyangan University, Bandung in 1980.
Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer since 2007
Serving as member of the Board of Directors since June 29, 2007, Ricky’s key role as the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer is to manage the Company’s capital structure, ensure adequate liquidity and solvency as well as flexibility of the Company’s financial structure, and minimize the cost of Company’s financing and financial risks. Formerly, Ricky was the General Manager of the Audit Department. From 1989 to 1994, he was an auditor at Prasetio Utomo Public Accountants. Ricky graduated with accounting major from Tarumanegara University in 1989.
Archied Noto Pradono
Executive Director since 2007
Archied Noto Pradono was appointed as member of the Board of Directors on June 29, 2007 after serving as the Company’s Treasury. As the Capital and Investment Management Director, he is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s engagements and contracts involving funding and capital markets. His tasks include sourcing, negotiating, and procuring various types of funding from banks, investment funds, and other financial investors. Archied earned his bachelor’s degree in international business from Oregon State University in 1993.
Executive Director since 2007
He was appointed as member of the Board of Directors on June 29, 2007. As the Executive Director, he plays his role in innovating and nurturing the business as well as developing new projects and products. He is also responsible for assessing the viability of potential acquisitions of assets, such as land parcels and buildings. His experience in the property business ranges from working for international companies, such as McCarthy Construction and CCS Planning and Engineering in San Francisco, US, Director at Leads Global Properties and PT Graha Adikarsa. Utama earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Purdue University, Indiana, US in 1996.

Perry Yoranouw was appointed as member of the Board Directors on June 27, 2016. Since he joined the Company in 2013, he has been leading The Quality and Continuous Division. Perry earned his Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, USA in 1997. Before he joined Intiland, he served as Senior Vice President at Panalpina World Transport Pte. Ltd, Singapore. He had more than a decade of experience with prominent national and multinational Logistic Industry, such as Panalpina Inc. USA and Menlo Logistic, USA.
