We applies multi-skill development to its employees through mutation and rotation program as well as specialized career path for some positions. We are also facilitates more career opportunities for employees through project-based assignments. These were given to allow employees to get a hands-on experience, be it technical or non-technical, that would also exercise the interpersonal or leadership skills.

To maximize the development program, the Company has designed three learning patterns, namely self learning for the employees to develop their potentials, providing referense according to the Company’s need and development strategy. The second patten is learning through training is conducted periodically for the employees in accordance with their functions. Those employees potential to be developed are enrolled in special training and development program. This program is designed according to the needs of that particular competent employee.
The third pattern is learning through work assignment, in line witht the business development, competent development strategy, and talent. The employees will be assigned with new assignments: job enlargement, job enrichment and work rotation.
