As a form of respect and appreciation for historical architectures and heritage, Intiland joined the program to revitalize old town area in Jakarta. Governor Joko Widodo, launched the program on March 13, 2014, a program of which is committed to return the function of colonial-era grand architectures, at Old Town, North Jakarta.

The project is the responsibility of PT Pembangunan Kota Tua Jakarta (Jakarta Old Town Revitalization Corporation - JOTRC) and Jakarta Endowment for Arts and Heritage - JEFORAH). These two entities were the initiative of Jakarta Government, PT PELNI and PT Pos Indonesia, as well as activists, humanists, communities in Jakarta, and nine private companies, including Intiland.
