The Company pays special attention to the quality of its products and customer’s satisfaction. Attention to quality products is evident in the meticulous method used to choose construction materials, which is based on the national standard (SNI) and international requirements. The Company also ensures that all materials used in the projects must be safe for the tenants and residents. Some examples are the choice of paints and ceiling material which do not threaten health and other safety precautions.
As a form of concern for consumer satisfaction, the Company has set up Customer Relationship Management (CRM) since 2012. And in 2015 the division which is tasked to improve the customer service. One of the functions of CRM is to act as communication medium between costumers and the Company. With the division, the customers have a means of communicating with the Company; they can file complaints or give constructive suggestions for the improvement of the quality of the Company’s products and services. At the end of 2015, the Company held Customer Service Excellence Training, whose objective, among others, is improving the customers’ service quality.
