PT Intiland Development Tbk (Intiland) is further expanding its residential project, Serenia Hills, Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta.
The company is set to introduce the new cluster, Quantum, at the residential estate the company has developed since 2011.
Quantum cluster is located on Serenia Hills phase II. Occupying 1.8 hectares of land, the new cluster will have 60 house units, built using the more modern concept which boasts ease, comfort and security for the residents.
Serenia Hills’ project leader, Indra Yoga said since its launch in 2011, Serenia Hills has become one of the favorite residential estates in South Jakarta. Adopting the concept of tropical residential amidst lush green environ, Serenia Hills is designed as a ‘city oasis’ for the urbanites.
“The needs and lifestyle of the urbanites are continuously and rapidly changing. People need a residential area and living space that offer practicality, and is close to nature and integrated with technological comforts. These factors have become our focus when developing Quantum cluster,” explained Permadi Indra Yoga.
Quantum cluster will come with two types of houses: Quartz and Ruby. The Quartz type is a house on 112 square meters area with 210 square meters building area. Ruby type offers a wider house with 136 square meters area (8.5×16 sqm) and 250 square meters building area. The units in the Quantum clusters have the starting price of Rp3.2 billion per unit.
The houses have three floors. The first functions as the service area and garage. The main rooms—the living room, dining area, pantry, and rooms—are on the second and third floors.
“We are optimistic that the market will receive these new products. Aside from the strategic location and their being inside an already well-established residential area, the houses in Quantum cluster offer compact designs with efficient room divisions. They meet the needs of urban community,” he added.
Besides the advantages in terms of location and concept, Quantum cluster also offers technological advantage as another of its added value. The house units come complete with the latest technological solution system necessary for managing the electronic appliances in the house, for security system, and power management. Resident can monitor and manage their home electronic appliances via a smart phone or other devices connected to the internet.
Indra said the use of the technological solution aims at providing ease and comfort to the residents. The company is going to partner with a multinational electronic corporation to supply the system and technological device.
Favorite Residential Estate
Serenia Hills is one Intiland’s residential projects, occupying around 26 hectares of land. The company has so far developed 477 units in two development phases.
Phase I of the development comprises 10 hectares of the area, and Phase II cover the remaining 16 hectares. Besides Quantum cluster, the company has successfully market houses in the previous clusters—Signature, Regent, Titan, Ultimate, and Venture.
Since its launch in 2011, Serenia Hills has been garnering warm welcome from the customers. The company has sold around 90% of the total units, each of which offers significant increase in investment value. The initial price of the smallest unit at Serenia Hills was around Rp1.7 billion. Today, the smallest unit can fetch a price of Rp4.5 billion in the secondary market.
The development of this residential estate has gotten a nod from national and international bodies.
