Amesta Living Begins Construction of Community Center

Surabaya (28/09) – The integrated residential area in East Surabaya, Amesta Living, has commenced the construction of a community center, marked by a groundbreaking ceremony led by the management team on Saturday, (28/09). Occupying an area of 900 m², the community center is part of the second phase of development for Amesta Living.

Hans Wibisono, CEO of PT Graha Abdael Sukses (GAS), explained that the provision of the community center aims to bring together residents and create a space for the Amesta Living community to collaborate. This facility is essential to enhancing the quality of life and productivity of the residents amidst the dynamic lifestyle of modern society.

“We aim to provide a collaborative space for the residents. The community center serves as a platform for residents to interact and collaborate, creating an ecosystem where they can connect and gain numerous benefits, such as developing home businesses, educational opportunities, improving well-being, and fostering social life,” said Hans Wibisono after the inauguration ceremony for the construction of the community center.

Amesta Living is an integrated mixed-use development by PT GAS, a joint venture between PT Intiland Development Tbk (Intiland; DILD) and PT Abdael Nusa. Strategically located on the Nol Outer East Ring Road (OERR) in East Surabaya, Amesta Living is planned to be developed over an area of 60 hectares, offering various property needs including landed houses, apartments, retail spaces, SOHO units, offices, and a lifestyle mall.

The construction of the community center is a manifestation of the commitment to creating an environmentally conscious residential area that meets the needs for living, working, engaging in activities, and socializing. The community center is projected to be operational by the end of the first half of 2025. Launch of the Mezza Type

Alongside the development of the community center, the Company has also launched and introduced a new housing unit, the Mezza type. The launch of this new housing type anticipates the high demand from consumers for homes with a 7-meter width, which had been previously launched.

Harto Laksono, Marketing Director of Intiland for the Surabaya Region, stated that the Mezza type shares the same design concept as other homes in Amesta Living. The Mezza type combines Japanese and Scandinavian, or Japandi design, which emphasizes simplicity, practicality, and multifunctionality.

“We are selling the Mezza type starting at Rp1 billion, to accommodate the high demand for compact-minimalist and affordable housing. This move follows the previous success of launching the Merra type with a 7-meter width, which sold out despite the continued high demand,” said Harto Laksono.

The Mezza type is available in two options: Standard and Deluxe. The Mezza Standard has a land area of 98 m² and a building area of 101 m², featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 carports. The Mezza Deluxe has a land area of 98 m² and a building area of 124 m², featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 carports.

The Company has prepared various exciting promotions for the public interested in purchasing a Mezza type unit. In addition to only needing to provide a down payment of Rp10 million, there are also promotions for free BPHTB and free mortgage fees of up to Rp20 million.

The event, held over two days from Saturday to Sunday, September 28-29, 2024, features a bazaar showcasing traditional Nusantara food and beverages and an exhibition of vintage items.

The Family Night Bazaar also hosted an analog photography contest and a coloring competition for children, with total prizes amounting to millions of rupiah. These competitions were held on Sunday, September 29, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM WIB.
