Aeropolis Gives Away Prizes to Customers
Jakarta, (06/06) – Aeropolis, one of the mixed-use development projects of PT Intiland Development Tbk., introduced “Aeropolis Bagi-Bagi Hadiah,” or Aeropolis Prize Giveaway Program. The program is a means of appreciating customers who have invested in Aeropolis products.
Aeropolis Bagi-Bagi Hadiah kicked off on April 15 and lasted until June 5, 2015. Customers who have purchased units at Aeropolis within the period got the chance to win a range of prizes, including two cars and motorcycles. The drawing was held on June 6, 2015 at the Aeropolis marketing office area.
Aeropolis project director, Didik Riyanto said customers have given significant contributions to the company’s growth. The company expresses its gratefulness to its customers who have been loyal to the company.
“We want to show our appreciation to Aeropolis customers. All this time our loyal customers have played a major role in the progress of Aeropolis, making it into an integrated area with strong synergy with the airport,” Didik said.
The company is committed to developing Aeropolis into an area closely related to and has a strong synergy with Soekarno-Hatta international airport. The area comprises several types of development which support airport activities, including residential, office, retail and cargo.
Since its launch in 2011, Aeropolis has received positive response from the market. The company has marketed more than 4,000 units of residence, office, retail or cargo. Last year the company sold 1,635 units.
Aeropolis is one of Intiland’s important big-scale and long-term development projects. From the fourth quarter of 2014 until now, the company has launched several new development projects, including Aeropolis Technopark cargo area, Onyx Residence apartment and Boutique Hotel.
According to Didik, the airport’s fast development is one of the catalysts for the development of Aeropolis. One of the basic needs for an area near an airport is hospitality facility. To accommodate this, the company has developed Boutique Hotel in Aeropolis.
The new development comprises four blocks for the hotel. Each block consists of two hotel towers of six floors each. Each tower has 75 rooms of three types: with floor area of 12.2 square meters, 13 square meters, and 16.2 square meters. The total area per tower reaches 1,024 square meters.
“The airport’s fast development has invited various business ventures. Aeropolis is here to cater to the needs and to accommodate the dynamic life style of people living and working at and around the airport,” Didik added.
Boutique Hotel is projected to add to the number of Aeropolis hotel rooms to 600. The new development has been introduced and marketed since the second quarter of 2014, and the company has so far sold two towers.
Prior to this, the company already launched several products of residential, office, retail and cargo. The company has now added to its portfolio with the latest one, Onyx Residence apartment. Of the three Onyx Residence apartment towers, the company has launched two of them—Amethyst and Beryl, each of which has eight floors.
The company realizes there is a growing need for apartment in the area. This can be seen from the number of people purchasing apartment products introduced earlier in Aeropolis. The consumer targets are those who work and live near the airport.
