Surabaya (26/06) – The development of the integrated area of Amesta Living Surabaya began the process of handing over housing units to its consumers in June 2023. This handover process proceeded according to the planned schedule, reflecting the commitment to the trust of consumers who have invested since the project’s launch at the end of 2021.
The handover process of these housing units was conducted gradually. In the first phase, the company handed over a total of 81 housing units located in the Asva cluster. Sixty units were handed over collectively to their owners on June 23-25, 2023, with the remainder being delivered gradually after that date.
Amesta Living is a development project of an integrated area developed by PT Graha Abdael Sukses (GAS), a company resulting from collaboration between PT Intiland Development Tbk (Intiland; DILD) and PT Abdael Nusa. These house units in the Asva cluster were handed over as part of the first phase of development of the 10-hectare Amesta Living area. The handover includes the Nora, Sora, and Terra types.
The Nora type is a compact dwelling with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. This type has a land area of 40 m2 and a building area of 53 m2. The next type is Sora with a 5-meter front width. It comes with two options, namely the Standard unit with a land area of 50 m2 and a building area of 57 m2, or the Deluxe unit which has a land area of 60 m2 with a building area of 63 m2.
The third type is Terra, the largest and most favored housing unit. It offers two options: Standard and Deluxe units, each providing two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a carport. The Standard unit has a land area of 60 m2 or 72 m2 with a building area of 71 m2, while the Deluxe unit has a land area of 90 m2 with a building area of 75 m2. This type offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a carport.
