Jakarta (23/07) – The property developer PT Intiland Development Tbk (Intiland) is continuously developing the residential estate of Graha Natura, Surabaya.
Following the success of launching housing units and commercial property, the company is set to present Natura Club House, a new sports facility and a club house in this residential estate.
On Sunday July 23, 2017, the management of the company held a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the beginning of the development of Natura Club House. The development of this club house will complement and add the number of various facilities that Graha Natura’s residents can enjoy.
Harto Laksono, marketing director of PT Intiland Grande, a subsidiary of the company, said Graha Natura has rapidly developed since first introduced in 2012. The estate has become of the favorites housing estate in West Surabaya.
The residential estate has made good sales of its clusters—Morning Glory, Mahogany and Garden Ville—as well as its commercial unit in the form of Small Office Home Office (SOHO). This latest addition to the estate is the Edenia cluster, which marks the second phase of the development of Graha Natura.
“The club house facility will make living in Graha Natura even more comfortable. Going forward, the area will grow into an integrated and mixed-use residential area complete with various facilities to support its development concept of Nature, Healthy Living and Technology,” Harto explained.
Situated at the front of the estate, Natura Club House is to occupy an area of 2,600 square meters with a total building area of 6,500 square meters. The club house will have three floors, a rooftop area, and a basement parking area. The construction will take 15 months to complete, and the club house will open its doors in December 2018.
Natura Club House is equipped with various sports facilities as well as a gym. On the ground floor, there will also be a restaurant and a semi indoor half-Olympic swimming pool. The swimming pool will also have a Jacuzzi and a children’s pool.
According to Harto, the ground-floor gym is completed with facilities for aerobic, a spinning area, and sauna. On the second floor, there will be two halls that can function as meeting rooms and can accommodate up to 400 people, a pre-function area, a VIP room, and a dressing room.
The rooftop is a multifunction area for indoor and outdoor activities. The area functions as a get-together place with family or colleagues in a casual setting.
“We want the club house to be a comfortable gathering place and a place for socializing for the residents of Graha Natura,” said Harto Laksono after the ceremony.
Area Development
Graha Natura is one of the company’s residential projects in Surabaya. Occupying 80-hectare area, Graha Natura is developed in two phases. The first phase of the development covers an area of 32 hectares consisting of residential clusters and commercial area; the second phase comprises more residential clusters and mixed-use area.
Harto explained that since its launch in 2011, Graha Natura has been receiving good response from the public. By mid-2017, the company has sold 515 houses, commercial property units, and lots.
Since last year, the company has been focusing on the second phase of development, namely Edenia cluster which will have 200 residential units. The clusters comprise several types of two-story houses with an area of 90 to 144 square meters. Each type has building area between 74 and 149 square meters.
Besides residential units, the company also develops other property segments in Surabaya, e.g. apartments, office and retail space, and industrial estates. In the mixed-use and high-rise development segment, the company is in the middle of the constructing several projects, Praxis, Spazio Tower, Graha Golf and The Rosebay.
By mid-2017, or as of June 30, the company’s Surabaya projects contributed Rp662.4 billion to the marketing sales, or 60% of the total marketing sales which was recorded at Rp1.1 trillion. ***
