PT Intiland Development Tbk (Intiland; DILD), a leading property developer, continues to introduce new developments in the Graha Natura residential area in Surabaya, East Java. In response to high demand for housing units in West Surabaya, the company presents “Lily by the Lake,” a new residential cluster spanning 17,000 m², located beside Dream Lake within Graha Natura.
Featuring a modern tropical concept, Lily by the Lake offers stunning views and easy access to various amenities, such as a clubhouse and commercial areas. The design of the homes emphasizes a synergy between the building and the tropical climate, ensuring both comfort and functionality.
Harto Laksono, Intiland’s Marketing Director for the Surabaya region, explained that Lily by the Lake offers two-story homes in several types. Each unit combines natural beauty with contemporary architectural design, creating an ideal living space for families.
“One of the main features of the homes in Lily by the Lake is the open-plan design applied to each unit. This concept maximizes space use and ensures optimal air circulation and natural lighting,” said Harto Laksono at Graha Natura, Thursday (10/10).
The open-plan design is reflected in the integration of the family and dining areas without partitions, making the space feel more spacious, compact, yet simple and classic. High ceilings and large glass windows guarantee good natural lighting and air circulation.
“Each house also features a sunken seating area, a lowered sitting space below the main floor level. This area adds to the home’s aesthetics and serves as an ideal spot for relaxation, enhancing family warmth,” Harto added.
Various Housing Types Available
Lily by the Lake offers 54 two-story homes in nine different types: Ixia, Ireta, Idelia, Alice, Arvina, Ivana, Illona, Iris, and Ivy. Each home type varies in size and layout, catering to different consumer preferences and needs.
For those seeking more compact homes, the Ivy type covers 6×16 m² with three bedrooms, while the Iris type offers 7×16 m² with four bedrooms. Homes with the most options are the Ixia, Ireta, Idelia, and Arvina types, all spanning 8×20 m² with four bedrooms. The Alice type also covers 8×20 m² but has three bedrooms.
For larger homes, the Ivana type spans 9×20 m² with four bedrooms, and the largest unit, the Illona type, covers 10×20 m² with four bedrooms.
Each unit in Lily by the Lake is equipped with a carport and is accessible via a 10-meter-wide main road. The cluster also features a one-gate system for a private, exclusive, and secure environment for residents.
“We’re only launching 54 units, and 15 units have already been sold. This shows continued demand for housing units. We remain committed to meeting consumer needs by providing quality homes,” Harto stated.
The company is marketing homes in Lily by the Lake starting at IDR 2 billion. Special promotions are also available, offering free canopies, free smart door locks, and electronic vouchers worth up to IDR 50 million for purchases made by the end of October 2024.
In line with the launch, the company is offering four show units: the Idelia, Illona, Ivy, and Iris types. Prospective buyers are invited to explore, experience, and appreciate the comfort and superior interiors of these units.
“We strive to meet the needs of consumers who want spacious, green, and comfortable homes. The open-plan concept with good air circulation and lighting ensures residents not only live healthier but are also more productive due to the comfortable and calming environment,” said Harto.
Residents of Lily by the Lake can also enjoy the various facilities available within the Graha Natura complex. In addition to commercial areas and a clubhouse, they have access to Dream Lake, a 1.2-hectare artificial lake with a jogging track, F&B area, and playground, providing a communal space for residents.
Natura Club House offers extensive sports facilities, including a gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, children’s pool, and restaurant. Graha Natura also features a commercial area, serving as a shopping hub for residents’ various needs.
Residents will benefit from improved accessibility to and from Graha Natura as Surabaya’s city government is building a radial road connecting Jalan Lontar to Jalan Yono Soewoyo, expected to be operational by the end of 2024. This new infrastructure will enhance the mobility and accessibility of Graha Natura residents to nearby facilities.
Housing Market Continues to Grow
The company remains optimistic about the property market, particularly for landed houses, which it views as still promising. Market demand for landed houses in Surabaya remains relatively strong, especially among young families looking to own their own homes. Contributing factors include relatively stable interest rates for mortgages and government incentives for property purchases.
“We have prepared the best strategies by aligning with government policies and providing quality homes that suit consumer preferences. We continuously monitor market dynamics and consumer preferences to ensure that the products we offer, like Lily by the Lake, meet the needs for modern, comfortable, and affordable housing,” Harto said.
The company believes that its initiatives and innovations will help boost sales in the landed housing segment, especially in West Surabaya. The region’s rapid infrastructure development, fast-growing area, and significant investment potential make it a strong driver of growth.
Graha Natura is being developed as a residential area that integrates healthy living, nature, and technology. Covering 86 hectares, the area blends nature with technology, offering homes with unique advantages. In addition, the extensive facilities within the complex make Graha Natura an ideal residence for modern families.***
