Jakarta (8/8) – Property developer company PT Intiland Development Tbk (Intiland; DILD) established a strategic partnership with PT Grab Indonesia and PT Bank BNI Syariah to provide housing facilities. This collaboration is in the form of providing housing and financing for Mitra Grab Indonesia in the Talaga Bestari residential area, Tangerang.
This collaboration was officially marked by the process of signing the memorandum of understanding (MoU) by Suhendro Prabowo, Deputy Director and Chief Operating Officer of PT Intiland Development Tbk, Ridzki Kramadibrata, Managing Director of PT Grab Indonesia, and Abdullah Firman Wibowo, President Director of PT Bank BNI Syariah. The collaboration signing event took place at Intiland Tower Jakarta on Wednesday, 8th August 2018.
Suhendro Prabowo explained that this collaboration is mutual and departs from the same vision to help provide comfortable residential facilities. In this collaboration, Intiland will provide and build housing units for Mitra Grab Indonesia in the Talaga Bestari residential area, Tangerang.
Intiland will also provide a special sales program for this collaboration. To facilitate the housing units purchase by Mitra Grab Indonesia, Bank BNI Syariah also provides a Home Ownership Financing program as well as providing relief for down payments.
“We certainly welcome and appreciate all parties for the establishment of this mutual synergy. This collaboration has added value because it can help Mitra Grab Indonesia to invest and own a comfortable residence,” Suhendro Prabowo said after the signing of the MoU.
Through this collaboration program, Intiland provides one-story housing units with a land area of 60-74 square meters and a building area of 24 square meters in the Taman Palem cluster, Talaga Bestari Area, Tangerang. These housing units that provide one bedroom, living room, and bathroom are a type of growing house that allows the owner to expand any time in the future.
Talaga Bestari is one of the development projects of a modern integrated residential area of 308 hectares developed by Intiland. Located on kilometer 21 of Serang highway, Cikupa – Balaraja, Tangerang, this residential area has a green and beautiful residential environment, commercial and shopping areas, a 24-hour security system, and feeder shuttle transportation facilities.
“The location is strategic and has good transportation access. Besides having access to the Jakarta Merak toll gate, in the future it will be very strategic, with the construction of the Balaraja Serpong and Balaraja Soekarno Hatta Airport toll roads and the planned construction of the Balaraja – Cikarang line of E-W Mass Rapid Transport (MRT) station,” Suhendro said.
Meanwhile, the partnership with Intiland and Bank BNI Syariah which is the first strategic partnership between a ride-hailing company and Islamic bank in Indonesia, further strengthens Grab’s commitment to constantly improve the welfare of its driving partners. This partnership is expected to complement the various benefits-rich initiatives launched by Grab before, including smartphone financing facilities with high-quality, low-cost internet quota packages and the House Ownership Credit (KPR) program for GrabBike’s driver partners.
