Surabaya (25/10) – The property developer PT Intiland Development Tbk topped off the Graha Golf condominium towers 1 and 2 in Surabaya on Thursday, 25 October 2018 by the Company’s management. The condominium is located in the Graha Famili residential area in Surabaya, East Java.
Sinarto Dharmawan, Vice President Director and Chief Operating Officer of Intiland, stated that the topping off marked an important phase in Graha Golf’s development process. The Company would then continue to finish the building facades, as well as finalize the mechanical and electrical as well as interior elements.
“The topping off is a key momentum to boost market confidence in a time where the property market is not too exuberant, as we are showing it to them that we keep on building. We must be confident that the conditions in the property market will soon improve, along with a rise in consumer purchasing power and the government’s plan to stimulate industry’s growth,” said Sinarto further.
Sinarto also explained that the topping off of Graha Golf condominium marked a segment of Intiland’s series of progresses and achievements in developing its projects. In the previous year, the Company also successfully topped off the mixed-use & high-rise projects called Praxis and Spazio Tower. The next development in the pipeline is the topping off of a low-rise residential project called The Rosebay, set to be held early next year.
“Intiland remains committed to completing every project it has begun to launch and develop. Completing the building process is our commitment and responsibility to our customers,” he claimed.
The development of Graha Golf takes place over a land area of 2.8 hectares in total, on which the Company is gradually developing five condominium towers, two serviced apartment towers, as well as a townhouse and supporting retail facilities.
In the first phase of development, the Company is building two condominium towers each with 23 floors on a land spanning 7,500 square meters. Each tower will come with 91 units divided into two types, namely three-bedroom and two-bedroom units, with building area of 122 up to 138 square meters each.
Sinarto extended his appreciation to customers who have placed their trust in choosing Graha Golf condominium as their residential place or investment asset of choice. To wit, since its launching in 2016, Graha Golf has been widely welcomed by the public.
Out of a total of two towers that have been launched, currently about 86% have been sold. Graha Golf condominium’s units will be handed over to the buyers starting from late 2019.
“Graha Golf’s success factors, other than its prestigious location in Graha Famili residential area, are its development concept, the availability of supporting facilities, and the view of a green golf course,” explained Sinarto.
Graha Golf’s development concept, according to Sinarto, provides added value to its buyers. Its location at the heart of a golf course delivers a concept where residents feel that they live in a green environment with stunningly wide open vistas. The design, inspired by the shape of a butterfly, provides an extensive panorama of the golf course from each of its units.
Graha Golf condominium offers added privacy and convenience for its residents, as there will only be four units to a floor. Living up to its residents’ lifestyle needs, there are a number of supporting facilities here, including retail shops, swimming pool, fitness center and yoga hall, kids’ playground, and thematic park. Graha Golf also comes equipped with an integrated security system with personal access features.
Sinarto stated that in general the property market in Surabaya remains slumped, in keeping with the wider situation in the national property market. However, he believed that there is a healthy and substantial potential for development in the property industry in Surabaya.
As the second biggest city in Indonesia as well as a vibrant economic and business hub for the eastern region of Indonesia, Surabaya’s economy has been steadily growing. This phenomenon will create niches in the market that will have a sound potential for growth for the property sector in Surabaya.
“We continue to innovate to bring about the best property products to the market. There will of course changes in the market’s interests and lifestyles, including for the property industry. It is our main task as a property developer to answer to such changes and cater to such needs with an ample range of property products,” said Sinarto.
Surabaya has been one of the key cities for Intiland’s business development. Over the past decades the Company has developed a plethora of property products, ranging from residential areas, apartment buildings, office buildings, retail areas, as well as industrial estates. In consideration of such niches, the Company will continue to develop new property products in Surabaya. ***
